How to Care for Mail Order Plants

• At times, the tip may be removed to fit the packaging and avoid packing and transit  damage.
• These plants may be planted directly into the ground were they are to grow. (avoid extremes of weather)
• It is advisable to repot them to a 6” (140mm) pot to reduce the shock of transport for up to 4 weeks during the warm season and longer in the cooler seasons.
• The freshly potted plant should be placed in a protected area to avoid the extremes of the weather when potting withhold fertilizer for the same length of time and then after use a liquid fertilizer or tonic at half strength.
